    CDCS Group offers full scale build/renovation services with detailed, luxury finishes for mid-range pricing. We offer in house, licensed and insured, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, concrete and landscaping services, and can handle your build from the tear-down to the ground up, driveway to rooftop.

     CDCS has a vetted rolodex of talented trades, artisans and craftsmen, accumulating the very highest quality talent to execute your project, weeding out all the less than exceptional ones. In 2018, CDCS teamed up with American Paint & Remodeling based in Garland, Texas after using them as our primary cabinet refinisher and exterior painter for many years, adding access to professional paint crews that can paint many dozens of homes per month. Most of our projects are word of mouth and referrals from previous or current clients, but we've endeavored to finally set up a web presence this year to expand our business. From Weatherford, Burleson and Fort Worth, to Allen, Plano and Murphy, we have a wide range of projects underway at any given time across the DFW Metroplex.

    We have talented designers, structural engineers, architects and interior designers available for consult. We will happily pour your patio, build your cedar pavilion and outdoor kitchen, gut and remodel your home and build you an office attic, or finish the build out of your multi-million dollar home, or blow out your garage so your truck will fit inside, or perhaps just update your kitchen and bathrooms. Our specialty is high-quality gut and remodel flips of existing homes and apartment to condo conversions, and we don't think our combination of quality and price can be beat with the ease of having all your vendors under one roof.
